The building was original the hospital and mortuary for the Heritage WW2 RAF Manby base.

The client historically occupied the building as office accommodation. We worked with the drainage board to fully refurbish the inefficient cellular layout and transform the accommodation into a contemporary workspace.

The services have been completely replaced to create a controlled office environment using efficient heat pumps and LED lighting to reduce overheating and energy costs.
