Our journey began in 2012, when Clive Polkey and Daniel Collins established the practice in Potterhanworth, just outside Lincoln.
With a shared passion for architecture and a commitment to delivering a more personal, considered approach to design, the practice began to build its reputation through strong relationships, creative thinking and a dedication to understanding each client's ambitions.
As our portfolio, client relationships and team grew, so did our aspirations for the future.
Our move into Lincoln city centre marked an important milestone in that journey, establishing a new home for the practice and creating a studio environment that reflects our collaborative approach and continued ambition.
Today, with over 50 years of combined experience across the practice, we work on projects throughout Lincolnshire and beyond, bringing together the creativity and enthusiasm of a growing studio with the expertise and understanding needed to deliver complex architectural projects.
Our scale may have changed, but our approach remains personal, collaborative and grounded in the belief that great design begins with understanding people and place.
