This first phase is part of the site wide redevelopment strategy, developed for Househam Sprayers by PolkeyCollins Associates.

The primary focus of this project is to facilitate the key areas of the business onto a single site, with the existing workshop area having a significant extension to provide much needed internal workshop space to accommodate the growing business requirements. An existing centralised parts store has now been refurbished and expanded to promote an efficient work flow and process, essential to the manufacturing and support elements of the site.

Additionally, as part of the initial phase an external ‘boom’ canopy has been extended to facilitate construction and refinement of the sprayers technical workings, when fully extended.

This phase has been undertaken in a safe and efficient manner whilst the existing facility remained active, with no reportable incidents and minimal loss of production throughout the construction phase.
