Brotherhood retail park was a tired 'first generation' park, struggling with poor tenant mix, voids and social issues.

The park has been transformed into a contemporary retail destination by remodelling the buildings to incorporate shop fronts and environmental improvements. First floors were introduced to satisfy the tenant demand and increase the lettable area.

Key to the project was exploiting the open A1 retail consent to further unlock the value of this historic permission.
