Ancaster View was built as a part of the second phase of the Ancaster development. The first being a local Co-op food store. The second phase consisted of 14 homes built to achieve good thermal performance through the use of renewable heating and u-value targets. The development is made up of 2 and 3 bedrooms properties each one possessing an air source heat pump and underfloor heating throughout the ground floor.
