PolkeyCollins were commissioned for the refurbishment of a dilapidated retail warehouse with extensive Asbestos contamination.
The structural frame was retained and re-clad to create an efficient envelope with extensive double-glazed shopfronts. The high parapets and entrance features give the building presence and transform the buildings into desirable outlets for national retailers.
