Polkey Collins were commissioned to refurbish and extend a redundant retail unit. The original building had a low level shopfront which was dramatically increased to create visibility and presence for the new mezzanine. An extension to the rear of the unit adjacent to a live railway track and full cover mezzanine with escalators allowed the retail space to be increased by 200%.
