Working with the Royal Alfred Seafarers' Society and ITC we have delivered a complete refurbishment to an existing nursing home in Banstead, Surrey. We worked closely with the nursing staff to ensure dementia care standards were adhered to while keeping the building open to residents during building work and through Covid-19 lockdowns. To provide the enhanced en-suite accommodation to each room new build wings provided the shortfall in bedrooms along with a new feature lounge overlooking the grounds.
