PolkeyCollins developed proposals across two facilities at the Riseholme College on behalf of The University of Lincoln. These included works at the Equine Centre, to refurbish an existing American Barn to provide essential teaching space and welfare facilities to support the courses undertaken by The University and Bishop Burton College. The second element involved works at the Dairy Farm, updating the facility to accommodate a state-of-the-art roundhouse, a secure bull pen and some new welfare facilities to support the on-site teaching and seminars.
