PolkeyCollins were approached by North Kesteven School to assist in providing much needed additional kitchen space and a new dinner hall.

The school had a commitment to provide school meals to adjacent schools as well as the government incentive of free school meals. PolkeyCollins utilised their experience in spatial planning with a true understanding of operational functionality to provide a facility that could expand to meet with the current needs as well as reasonable expansion and contraction of numbers as the school responded to local needs.
