PolkeyCollins Associates were approached by England Golf and Woodhall Spa Golf Club to investigate the opportunity of developing the existing driving range and academy building.

Through our investigation of the brief it was clear that the space was not working efficiently for the academies or from an operational point, PolkeyCollins therefore looked at a new build golf specific gym and ancillary space.

Whilst reconfiguring the remaining space to provide much needed facilities for the England Squads that train there. Notably a state of the art ‘putting zone’ has been created along with teaching spaces, showers and therapy rooms.
