PolkeyCollins have worked with the University of Lincoln, over a number of phases, to refurbish areas of the Minerva Building in response to the changing needs of the various end users.

The project involved reconfiguration of teaching spaces as well as creating new flexible working areas. The pragmatic and well detailed approach has not only provided exceptional spaces within the area, but also integrated with the existing building to wherever possible reduce energy use and reduce the running costs of the facility.
