PolkeyCollins assisted the contractor and University of Lincoln with the third instance of summer works.
Works included forming teaching and learning spaces for the university's new medicine course, ahead of the Lincoln Medical School's construction.
The university also wanted to utilise unused space within the Minerva building. PolkeyCollins worked closely with the university to deliver the new Lincoln Pier Café as a part of the refurbishment works.
The modern cafe interior has been designed to attract students and locals alike making this a key social space within the university.
