Existing welfare facilities within two of Lincolnshire County Council's buildings needed refurbishment to reflect the ongoing refurbishment and refresh of the campus, to meet the aspirations and expectations of the County Council. PolkeyCollins worked with Lindum to develop proposals to replace washroom and kitchen spaces and replace with a modern non gender specific facility. These revised cubicles were designed to be self-contained and, in each instance, the clever use of space provided more cubicles than previously on offer.
