Two buildings at Lincolnshire County Council's city centre campus were in need of external refurbishment. PolkeyCollins worked with Lindum to develop proposals for the replacement roofs on Orchard House B and the Newland building. The nature of the project allowed us not only improve the thermal performance of these individual elements, but future proof each building for new mechanical strategies to be implemented down the line. Photovoltaics and new thermally efficient windows were installed on Orchard House B to further benefit the environmental strategies and targets of the council.
