PolkeyCollins were appointed by R G Carter to assist in the detailed design and delivery of a 5-storey extension to the existing Holiday Inn hotel located on Lincoln's Brayford waterfront. The extension created an additional 55 hotel rooms which required new circulation in line with the revised fire strategy and accommodated the hotels latest room design reflecting the brands direction.
