The scheme was sensitively developed within the centre of Carmarthen, South Wales to provide, 15 retail units an Apollo Cinema accompanied with restaurants and a 900 space multi-storey car park.

Key to unlocking the site was rehousing the existing market hall to generate the link between the scheme and historic commercial centre. Environmental and complex planning issues were addressed throughout the process to allow this project to be delivered successfully.
