THE PRACTICE AND OUR PRINCIPLES
PolkeyCollins was established in 2012 by Clive Polkey and Daniel Collins, to create a progressive architects practice founded on a wealth of experience. This approach offers strong design and project management with a bias to commercialism to best promote the client’s investment.
By understanding the client’s needs and drivers the initial concepts have design, value and viability engrained into the project from inception to completion.
To achieve good design, we believe this is not just robotically delivering a brief. We aim to fully explore the project to achieve a robust solution that accomplishes the client’s key requirements.
Through the design process we utilise relevant sustainability, considering the whole life impact and appropriate sustainable principles into the early stages of a project. Promoting efficient delivery, through a style that further utilises our collaborative BIM approach.
